Some time ago I entered a photo competition and won flights for two people anywhere in New Zealand! As Chris and I had already just had a special time away, he suggested I go with my twin sister, Penny. So on Saturday we flew to Hanmer Springs in the South Island and had four days away from our busy lives, writing, singing and relaxing. What a treat! One of the verses I read while down there was from the New English Bible, Psalm 31v21. “Blessed be the Lord who worked a miracle of unfailing love for me when I was in sore straits.”
Got home yesterday and exchanged my good clothes for work overalls and helped Chris and the electrician do the wiring in the top storey of the house. Exciting.
